Coaching

Want to upcycle your life, but not sure how to get started? Perhaps you were madly in love with your husband when you married, but now you just grate on each other. Maybe you’re having trouble changing some of your bad or unproductive habits. Maybe you just can’t stop feeling like there must be SOMETHING missing from your life–but you don’t know what it is, or how you can get it.

If you’re stuck in a rut, I would love to help you. I have a background in both counseling and health administration, and as a coach I’ll teach you how to start directing your own life in a way that makes it simple to start achieving each and every one of your goals.

As a coach, I can help you:

  • Reduce professional burnout
  • Engage (or reengage) in your work
  • Identify and start working on life goals
  • Discover and nurture the things that make you happy
  • Understand and develop your individuality
  • Develop healthy, realistic eating and exercise habits
  • Manage and improve difficult emotions
  • Learn to maximize your unique body and physical features
  • Transform your relationships
  • …and more! It’s all up to you.

Having me as a coach is far from “being in therapy.” By working with me, you’ll be learning some simple, yet effective tricks for facilitating your success that you’ll be able to use well into the future. Although the number of times we visit depends on your individual situation, my goal is to teach you to use the skills effectively enough so that you won’t need me for very long.

Coaching can take place weekly or biweekly, either in person, over the phone, or through online video calls.

Here’s what one of my clients had to say about her experience with me:

“Working with Justine was a true gift to my life. She is so knowledgeable, insightful, and caring. From the first time I spoke with her, I felt a connection–as if we had been longtime friends. During our coaching sessions, Justine asked questions, listened intently, and shared her experiences and suggestions.

“Justine challenged and encouraged me to make shifts in my thoughts and changes in my behaviors that empowered me to start living authentically and accomplish my goals. Justine provided me with support and the encouragement I needed to completely change my life. I will forever be thankful for the blessing of working with Justine.”

It’s your turn. Contact me for more information by using the form below!

*Please note that life coaching is NOT a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment. If you are struggling with a serious psychological and/or medical condition, such as an eating disorder, coaching can be a supportive supplement to treatment, but you MUST also be working with a team consisting of a physician, therapist, and dietitian.
